Our Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programmes, sometimes referred to as pre-planned maintenance, ensure water systems remain compliant and operational. - reducing risk, avoiding costly reactive work, and protecting building users.

Health and Safety at Work etc Act (1974): Sets out the general duties which employers have towards employees and members of the public
COSHH (2002): UK Law requiring employers to implement control measures to prevent or adequately control exposure to biological hazards including legionella bacteria
ACoP L8 (2013): Sets out practical guidance on how to meet legal and regulatory requirements in relation to the control of Legionella
HSG274 (2014): Provides detailed guidance on how to implement, manage, and monitor water hygiene measures.
HTM04-01 (2016): Sets out enhanced standards for healthcare environments, where a more rigorous approach is essential.
