Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

Our Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programmes, sometimes referred to as pre-planned maintenance, ensure water systems remain compliant and operational. - reducing risk, avoiding costly reactive work, and protecting building users.

Proactive maintenance is one of the most effective ways to control Legionella and other waterborne pathogens in domestic hot and cold water systems.

A well-structured PPM programme is more than just ticking compliance boxes - it's about putting preventative measures in place that genuinely support the safety, efficiency, and resilience of your water systems.
