Stepping into a New Era: The Launch of Aqua Protec’s New Website

Over time, it became clear that our website wasn’t quite keeping pace with the business we’ve become.
It served a purpose, but it didn’t fully reflect how we work, who we support, or the values that set us apart. In particular, it wasn’t clearly broken down by industry — something that made it harder for potential clients to quickly understand whether we were the right fit for them.
That realisation came into focus during a conversation on-site with a long-standing client. We were discussing upcoming work when they said, “I didn’t realise you support care homes and universities too—I thought you mainly focused on hospitals.” That moment confirmed what we already suspected: our digital presence wasn’t telling the full story.
So, we set out to build a website that does.
Over the following weeks and months, I spent time with our clients during site visits, spoke with our service operatives, and listened to our back-office team — the people who make everything work seamlessly behind the scenes. Their insight shaped the design, the structure, and the tone of the new site.
The result is something we’re proud to share. Our new website is clearer, easier to navigate, and structured around the sectors we serve. Whether you’re managing a hospital estate, overseeing care home compliance, or responsible for water hygiene in a school or university, it’s now much easier to find what’s relevant to you — and understand how we can help.
We’ve also made space to highlight what we believe in: proactive water hygiene, digital innovation, high standards, and personal service. Whether it’s our Planned Preventative Maintenance programmes or tools like AquaRemote, everything is built around prevention, not just response.
This new website marks a step forward — not just in how we present ourselves online, but in how we continue to communicate the trust, professionalism, and expertise that clients already experience in the real world.
Take a look around and explore what’s new. And if you’ve got questions, just get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
